Legalzoom wanted to tell uplifting stories about Small businesses who had used our product to get going. I worked with our producer to find this mom and daughter duo who had recently kicked off their meatball delivery business upon mom's release from prison.
I wanted to balance the excitement of starting a new chapter in life, with the difficulties of finding work after serving time behind bars.
